1. Who we are
KGameShop ("we") operates the mobile/web app at https://kokhantgaming.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. It is written to meet Google Play User Data policies.

2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, phone number, password (hashed), optional Step 2 authenticator secret
- Wallet & orders: top-up amounts, payment method labels, slip images you upload, game/package, Player ID / server ID, order status
- Technical: session cookies, IP address (security / rate limits), basic device/browser info from requests
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising networks.
3. How we use data
- Create and secure your account
- Process wallet top-ups and game orders
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Provide customer support
- Improve App reliability
4. Sharing
We share data only as needed with payment processors, game top-up suppliers, hosting providers, and when required by law. Supplier fulfillment may receive the Player ID and product details you submit.
5. Retention
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and credentials; some anonymized order history may remain for audit.
6. Your rights
- Access or update profile info via the App (name/phone via support if needed)
- Change password in Profile
- Enable/disable Step 2 in Settings
- Delete account: Settings → Delete Account (requires password confirmation), or see https://kokhantgaming.com/delete-account
7. Security
We use hashed passwords, HTTPS, session cookies, and optional Authenticator Step 2. No method is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep your phone safe.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.
